1. Overview

At Labbaik Umrah Transport, we strive to provide reliable and punctual services for all our customers. This refund and cancellation policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

2. Cancellation by Customer

24+ Hours Before Pickup

  • If you cancel your booking 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time, you will receive a full refund (minus any small transaction fees, if applicable).

Less Than 24 Hours Before Pickup

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. The remaining 50% will be refunded to you.

No-Show

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled pickup and do not contact us, no refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation by Labbaik Umrah Transport

In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, driver illness, extreme weather), we will:

  • Notify you as soon as possible
  • Provide a full refund of any amount paid
  • Assist you in finding alternative transport where possible

4. Refunds for Flight Delays

We understand that flights can be delayed. We monitor flight times for airport pickups:

  • If your flight is delayed, we will wait for you up to 60 minutes after landing at no extra cost
  • If the delay exceeds 60 minutes, additional waiting charges may apply as per our standard rates
  • If you miss your pickup due to a flight cancellation, please contact us immediately to reschedule or request a refund based on the cancellation terms above

5. Changes to Bookings

If you need to change your booking (e.g., different time, location, or vehicle type):

  • Changes made 24+ hours in advance are free of charge
  • Changes made less than 24 hours in advance will be accommodated if possible, but additional fees may apply depending on availability

6. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

7. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Booking fees (if applicable and clearly disclosed at checkout)
  • Services already partially or fully completed
  • Special requests or additional stops added during the journey
